• Kathy is a coach in a program between the International Coach Federation and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). Kathy is working with WFP staff to recognize strengths and weaknesses and develop individual action plans based on 360 report feedback. WFP is the world's largest humanitarian agency: on average, distributing food to 90 million people each year, including 58 million hungry children in 80 of the world's poorest countries.
